Sage by Heston Blumenthal the Kitchen Wizz Pro, 2.5 Litre, 2000 Watt

Don’t you think that kitchen (without exaggeration) is the face of our house, where we spend most of our time: for a family dinner, the morning breakfast with the kids, and guests we meet here. And of course, the interior of this space reflects our style, taste and life priorities.

Heston Marc Blumenthal  is an English celebrity chef and owner of The Fat Duck, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bray, Berkshire, which has been voted Best Restaurant in the UK and received a perfect score of 10/10 every year since 2007 by The Good Food Guide. He has also written many cookery books as well as doing televised cookery programs. Moreover, this person creates cooking machinery of all ranges and be sure, that units under his name are really professional.

Here we discuss the Kitchen Wizz Pro which is often used in popular TV show titled Heston Fantastical Food in which he created enormous versions of everyday foodstuffs, such as a biscuit, a pot of tea, a sandwich and a can of fizzy drink.

The description of this unit is given below.

Liquid Capacity:  2.5L (large bowl); 600ml max (small bowl).

Speed Settings: On and pulse. This machine doesn’t leave unmixed ingredients in the bottom of the bowl when making e.g. cookie dough, crumble pie etc.

Blade System: 4 blade processor – four blades instead of two, reduces processing time on several tasks.

Feed Chute: Dual extra-wide feed chute for wide and thin food. 14 cm at its widest, the feed chute is large enough to accept whole potatoes. Combined with a chipping disc the large chute helps make restaurant quality chip cuts and saves time on most other applications. Smaller inserts mean you can still chop thin items like carrots with precision.

Motor Type: Direct drive induction.

Concealed Drive: Included – increased processing capacity. The processing attachments connect to the base of the bowl through a watertight seal. No leaks while pouring, and the liquid capacity is increased by up to 25%.

Blade Storage: Separate storage container. The box that contains the blades and accessories is so clearly marked, you don’t have to guess anything.

Attachments: Small and large processing bowls, fully adjustable slicer, julienne blade, chipping blade, reversible shredding blade, whisk discs, dough blade, quad blade, mini blade. The variable slicing disc has 24 settings so you can customize the thickness of your slices from a paper thin 0.5mm all the way up to a thick 8.0mm. The disc shafts are made from reinforced stainless steel so that the attachments stay steady during use. More precise cutting angles, and copes better with heavy loads. Use the Quad Processing Blade with four blades instead of two to cut through tasks quickly in the extra large 2.5L bowl. Or, for tinier tasks, the mini processing bowl is the perfect size for small quantities. All backed by a heavy duty 2000 watt direct drive induction motor.

Cleaning: Dishwasher safe parts.

Safety Features: Safety locking system, non-slip feet.

Additional Features:  Timer mode – count up and down kitchen timer. Overload Protection – warns the user should the motor become overheated without damaging the processor.

Included Accessories: Cleaning brush, spatula.

Construction: Die cast metal base, plastic bowl, stainless steel blades.

Voltage: 220 – 240 Volts.

Wattage:  2000.

Warranty: 2 Year Repair with 25 Year Motor Warranty.

They are hard to be find, but we do it. The negative thing is the lack of warranty for non-UK residents. Some of the parts (e.g. the food pusher) are not dishwasher safe and this is another minus.
