With this generator I can easily power up most of my house during an unexpected outage, the only items that cannot be run with other items in my house are my larger appliances, such as the water heater, washing machine, and dishwasher. Plus, with the oversized muffler, I can barely hear the generator running.

I don’t mind the pull start, but sometimes it does take a few times to get it up and going. The electric start would be nice to get it up and running on the first try. The Honeywell HW5500E is a great choice if you are looking for a generator with an electric start.
