Wow I was surprised to see such an utterly negative review for this product. My integrative health doctor recommended this to me. More for the cleansing benefits. I can’t speak to weight loss as that is not what I’m using this for. For cleansing it works great. My doctor uses it daily. My wife and I use it as needed but I’ve not found another product yet that works as well as this one.
