Arizer Solo Vaporizer Review: Is the Arizer Solo Vaporizer For You?
The Canadian Solo Vaporizer may look less minimalistic and less portable than the pax vaporizer , but it has a lot of nifty features that make it a vape nonetheless, albeit its chunky look. With its vapor quality, rechargeable lithium ion batteries and glass stem, it’s a fully-loaded vape that you should consider.
The Solo Vaporizer Vibe
The Arizer Solo is considered as a portable vaporizer, but most Arizer Solo reviews consider it as a little on the bulky side. It is 4.5 inches long, with a diameter of about 1.75 inches. Most users say that using it is like drinking milkshake from a straw because of its glass straw. This vape only comes in black and in silver. But other than it’s semi-bulky body, it has a number of features that make it a good vaporizer for use at home or on-the-go.

Size and Power
The body of the Solo Vape is like a tube, unlike others vapes that have rectangular bodies. Holding it feels like holding a glass with a glass straw. The 1.75-inch diameter is not exactly something that’s easily put into your pocket, but it’s something that can easily slip inside your bag.
At 230 grams or 8.3 ounces, the Solo is definitely a vape that’s heavier than most best portable vaporizers. The built-in lithium ion battery provides 1 to 2 hours of continuous usage.
However, prepare to charge it for around 4 hours using the wall charger. To check the battery, battery indicator lights are either fully lit or partially lit to show you how much power you still have.
Features and Options
The Solo has 7 preset temperatures to choose from, unlike the custom temperature control offered by the DaVinci . Here are the different preset temperatures that enable users to use different dry blends with the unit.
- Level 1 heats up in 15 seconds, at 122F/50C
- Level 2 heats up in 1 minute, at 365F/185C
- Level 3 heats up in 1 minute, 10 seconds, at 374F/190C
- Level 4 heats up in 1 minute, 30 seconds, at 383F/195C
- Level 5 heats up in 1 minute, 50 seconds, at 393F/200C
- Level 6 heats up in 2 minutes, 10 seconds, at 401F/205C
- Level 7 heats up in 2 minutes, 30 seconds, at 410F/210C
Just press and hold both temperature buttons at the same time to turn on the device. There’s a beeping sound to let you know that it’s on. After turning it on, temperature levels can be adjusted from 1 to 7.
The unit has an easy-open lid that allows you to fill the oven with your blend. Just pack your blend in, and it’s ready to go. It also has an internal glass screen inside. Likewise, user can also choose between the 2 different stems: the straight glass stem and the bent glass stem.
The unit goes off after being idle for 12 minutes, so you don’t have to worry about it accidentally heating up too long or burning down your device.

Manufacturing Quality and Build
The exterior is made out of anodized aluminum. The Solo feels very sturdy when being held and used by one hand, and does not feel cheap at all. While glass may not be the most popular choice of material because of its cost and weight, the Arizer Solo has definitely made a great choice in sticking with glass.
It has a ceramic heating plate and a borosilicate bowl that heats your mixed blends. It also comes with a glass potpourri dish, or aromatherapy bowls.
Cleaning the Arizer Solo Vaporizer
Unlike the Pax Ploom that constantly needs to be cleaned with special cleaning supplies or lubricants, the Arizer Solo only needs a bottle of isopropyl alcohol. The glass stems can easily be cleaned with water, or even soaked in alcohol. A cleaning brush also easily cleans the ceramic heating plate.
Arizer Solo Vaporizer Warranty
The Arizer Solo comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. The ceramic heating plate is covered by a lifetime warranty. In addition, the lithium battery has a one-year warranty.
